Employment and skills
The world of work is moving at pace and we want to make sure our colleagues have the skills they need to succeed now and for the future. As well as helping colleagues to building on their existing skills, and to reskill, through training, we are also working to develop the next generation of talent.
We run successful store and office graduate programmes to support our graduates as they develop a career path that’s right for them. We believe the most rewarding way for our graduates to learn is through the responsibilities of real-life business experience.
Those who complete the programme can apply for a permanent role in either our Stores or Head Office.

Retail Ireland degree in Retail Management
We open up the Degree in Retail Management from Retail Ireland to store-based managers. This is a three-year part-time degree programme, designed and developed by retail professionals specifically for managers with significant retail experience. It seeks to build on this experience and broaden the managers view of their sector and business in general.
